Why I Built This
There are plenty of "cool" modern machines filled with complex electronics, but when they break, you’re stuck waiting months for repairs. I wanted to build the opposite: a machine you can rely on.The BanePen is a mechanical workhorse. No fragile sensors, no locked motors. Just solid engineering that you can strip down, clean, and maintain yourself.

- True Modularity: Every part can be disassembled with a single Allen key (included).
- Changeable Grips: Swap between 32mm (1.25") and 36mm (1.4").
Functional Weight & Balance
- Weight: 32mm grip version 270g (9.5oz) – 36mm grip version 300g (10oz).
- Why it’s heavy: I designed this machine with deliberate mass to absorb vibration and let gravity do the work. It feels solid, not plastic.
- Ergonomics: The RCA port is offset to sit above your hand, reducing wrist strain. Whether you are left or right-handed, the balance remains perfect.
Adjustable Stroke & Power
- Motor: The proven brushless motor from the "Candy" model. Optimized for 5–8V.
- Adjustable Stroke: Switch between Short, Medium, and Long stroke in seconds using the side-lock system. No extra parts needed.
